With the summer rapidly approaching it is time to elect our committee that will take the club through this summer 2023/24 Our AGM is scheduled for the 3rd of August at 7:00PM and will be held at Gordon Spratt Recreation Centre. With every year's AGM we clear the slate and all positions become available and open for application. Each role must be applied for in writing (email) prior to the 27th of July to papamoacricketclub@gmail.com. This summer we have had strong indications from the incumbent committee members that they will not be seeking re-election this summer so the club will require new people to step into positions and have their input on the direction of the club. Immediately following the AGM will be a general meeting where financial members will be given the opportunity to speak and provide ideas that the new committee can investigate for the upcoming summer. Positions Elected (6 Min Required from the below list)
- President(required)
- Treasurer(required)
- Secretary(required)
And Minimum of 2 from:
- Vice President
- Junior Coordinator
- Youth Coordinatora
- Female Cricket Coordinator
- Senior Coordinator
- Pathways Officer (potential new role)
- Club Captain (potential new role)
The above roles are not fix and can be labled or changed depending on the direction the committee wises to take. Over the coming days the reports relevant to the AGM will be released.
