AGM 4th AUGUST 2020, 6:30PM at Gordon Spratt Recreation Center

At tonight's committee meeting, it was passed that our club AGM will be held on the 4th of August 2020 at 6:30 PM at the Gordon Spratt Recreation center.
Nominations for the following roles must be done in writing (email) to papamoacricketclub@gmail.com prior to the AGM.

• President
• Secretary
• Treasurer
• Up to three Committee members

At the Annual General Meeting, a Patron, Honorary Vice-Presidents (any number), and an Honorary Auditor may also be elected.
The proposed structure is to elect people for the following roles to make up the addition of 3 (4) spaces above making the committee 8 people (more/less if required min 6). Multiple rolls can be held by one person as long as we achieve the above-stated numbers.

• Junior Cricket Coordinator
• Intermediate/College Cricket Coordinator
• Senior Cricket Coordinator
• Female Cricket Coordinator

If you are interested in any of these rolls please put your name forward. Agenda and supporting documents will be sent in the coming days. Please RSVP if you wish to put in your apologies.
