AGM - 13 AUG 2019 - 7PM
The date for the 2nd Papamoa Cricket Club AGM is set for Tuesday they 13th of August at 7PM. The AGM will be held in the Papamoa College Staffroom.
This is your opportunity to help guide Cricket in the Papamoa area and the club is looking for people to keep delivering cricket to all our stakeholders.
The following office bearing positions are up for nominations and election:
- Vice President
Nomination for office bearer positions must be received in writing no later than Tuesday the 23rd of July 2019 7PM in accordance with our constitution. These can be sent to email@example.com or simply by replying to this email.
Up to two additional committee members can be elected (Total of 6).
Post-election of office bearers the following positions will be elected. These positions can be held by office bearers, but it is preferred that they are additional members.
- Junior Coordinator - This can be a two-person role
College/Intermediate Coordinator - This can be a two-person role
Senior Coordinator - This can be a two-person role
Sponsorship/ Non-Subscription Revenue generation - This can be a two-person role
Sub committees can be formed under each of the above rolls. Additional roles may be considered in the post general meeting.
